Kristina Siimar

Kristina is CEO and partner at Skaala. Her job is to build Skaala into the most ambitious investment house for its partners, over decades, with people who share its values.

An operator-turned-investor, she spent more than two decades building banks across the Baltics and Scandinavia — through scaling, through mergers, and through the less glamorous work of product. That operator instinct still shapes how she invests and how she runs the firm.

She sits on the boards of several listed and private companies, and stays close to education — both through specific initiatives and in shaping the wider landscape.
